Are your skincare products suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes — our formulations are gentle, non-irritating, and dermatologically tested to suit sensitive and hormonal skin throughout pregnancy and beyond.

Do your products contain any artificial fragrances or parabens?

No. Every Cradle & Tonic formula is free from artificial fragrance, parabens, SLS, mineral oils, and other harsh chemicals. We use only natural essential oils and plant-based actives.

Can I continue using your products after pregnancy?

Absolutely. Our blends are designed for all stages — pregnancy, postpartum and everyday self-care — so you can continue using them long after your baby arrives.

Ordering & Delivery

How quickly will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same working day. Standard UK delivery takes 2–3 business days, and express options are available at checkout.

Do you include invoices or pricing in gift orders?

No — our gift orders never include pricing or invoices in the box. You’ll receive all order confirmations by email only.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If your order hasn’t yet shipped, we can update your delivery details. Please email hello@cradleandtonic.co.uk as soon as possible.

Gifting & Packaging

Do your gift sets come ready to give?

Yes — all gift sets arrive beautifully wrapped in tissue with our signature box and ribbon, ready to give straight away.

Can I include a personalised gift message?

Yes, you can add a personal message at checkout. Our team will handwrite it onto one of our luxury gift cards for an elegant finishing touch.

Can I send gifts directly to the recipient?

Of course — simply enter the recipient’s address at checkout. We’ll deliver your gift directly to them without any pricing included.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Please contact us at hello@cradleandtonic.co.uk to arrange a return.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 working days.
